What Causes Balance Issues, Weakness, Knee Pain And Lack Of Energy?

my husband is having balance issues and overall body weakness, no energy. He does have a bad knee that is being replaced in October and had the other one replaced 2 years ago. I just don t think the balance issue is related to that. He takes a VERY low dose of blood pressure medicine and is on Warfarin
