What Causes Balancing Difficulty In A Diabetic?

My father is 62yr old and is sugar patient.till april he was leading a normal n active life.then all of a sudden he started falling down and not able to get up.now whenever he tries to walk,most of the times he falls down.plz doctor suggest me wat to do

Hi,

Loss of balance is a sequelae of diabetic neuropathy ,leading to lack of co ordination &muscle weakness. Wearing orthopedic shoes mostly resolves the problem.
