What Causes Ballooning Of The Penis During Urination?

Hi, my son is 8 months old and I recently noticed that when he pees, his penis balloons to almost 3x its normal size. He is intact and I am wondering if this is a problem? He does not seem to be experiencing discomfort and urine is definitely coming out.

Hello,

May be your child is having phimosis or tight foreskin. Kindly consult a surgeon. A minor surgery called circumcision has to be done. The surgeon will tell you at what age it can be done.
