What Causes Behcet's Disease?

I have beta thalessemia minor, which was diagnosed with a bone marrow sample. The doctor's now suspect Behcet's Disease due to ulcers, and allergies. Are Vitamin B anemia symptoms similar to those of Behcet's, and is there a correlation between Beta Thalessemia Minor and Vit. B defiiciency?
