Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I believe that these two symptoms are two separate issues and there may be some anal pathology such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, or rectal polyps which causes bleeding. At the same time, gastritis or GERD may persist.

These are primarily treated with stool softener and diet. You need to avoid certain food or medications, stress, and smoking. It means to avoid fried food, carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol, and spicy food. You should eat more milk products, vegetables, and boiled food. Also, certain antacid medications may be required but the diagnosis should be established first by gastroscopy and colonoscopy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein
