my eyes have big bags under them when I get up in the morning I was just to my eye dr. but forgot to ask him about this he said my eyes looked real good. I have had cataracts removed in both eyes several years ago I only wear glasses to read, I am 93 yrs old.have type2 diabetis which is under control
It could be due to prolapse of fat into the periorbital spcae or accumalation of fluid in that space. Blepharoplasty will help in case of prolapse of fat. Periorbital space as spongy tissue and it can accumalate lot of fluid and fat due to the space. If you do not have any cause for fluid accumalation such as kidney problems, anemia with hypoproteinemia then it could be prolapse of fat.
