What Causes Big Hole In Tongue, Taking Adderall 20 Mg ?
I have been taking adderall 20 mg xr for about 4 months now and every now and then my tongue gets a sore but today my tongue has a huge hole in the side of it. I am unable to speak, drink, eat or laugh with out it hurting severely, it is a huge chucnk of my tongue gone, what should i do?

It is unrelated to adderal. Possible causes like big canker sore must be ruled out. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. A biopsy may be required in case of diagnostic confusion.
