Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Big Pus Filled Painful Boils On The Testicles?
My boyfriend has really big boils(thats what he says they are) on his testicals (ball sack). He refuses to go to the hospital. The ball sack is nearly 3-4 times bigger then normal, bleeding, puss, and extreme pain. I have 2 girlfriends that have asked me if I thought it could be cancer? Do you think that it could be something as bad as cancer?
Hi i have read your question and understand your concern. The condition you have described is Likely carbuncles on scrotal skin i.e Ball sack. If a patient visits me with similar problems i suggest a 7 days course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs i.e Tab Co-Amoxiclav 500mg/125mg three times daily and Tab Ibuprofen twice daily. I suggest my patients not to squeeze or press the boils and apply heat over the area. However he should immediately see a Doctor as this condition often requires surgical intervention. Wish him Good health.
