Hi I m taking Azor 5,20 for about 10 years to control my blood pressure and last year suddenly I found out RBBB and sometimes LBBB in my ECG and it gone without any treatment Now unfortunately my blood pressure isn’t control anymore and my doctor gave me Bystolic to add to my drug I m worry whether this Beta blocker can cause me RBBB or LBBB again ?
It may be an idiopathic cause behind bundle branch blocks. Kindly consult with cardiologist and continue medications as prescribed. You require yearly follow up with cardiologist.
