What Causes Black Coloration In The Stools?
if i have black stool after a night of throwing up but it's not runny and i have no stomach pains should i see a doctor? I have been eating and drinking as i normally would and no more vomit! I have been taking stomach relief meds like pepto i've heard this can cause black stool?

Pepto contains bismuth subsilicate, which may cause brown and black color stools. So don't worry. But upper GI bleeding, iron tablets also cause dark color stools.
