What Causes Black Colored Vomiting After Taking An Iron Supplement?
I had an iron tablet today after dinner for the first time,m 4 months pregnant and after 2 hours I vomited ,it was black in colour and also blood appeared, there was a foul smell too.. is this because of the iron tablet or any other reason?? Please advice

Hello,
Iron is not tolerated orally by some people and can cause abdominal discomfort. But if you have the previous history of something then it may aggravate it and blood in vomit occurred. Talk to your doctor and ask for further management.
