What Causes Black Discoloration Between The Shoulder Blades?

Hi I have pain in the middle of my shoulders and that part has turned black an the skin looks discoloured. First I tired a lot of home remedies thinking it is a skin burn or something else but it is still the same. Could you please suggest , what would be best to do? Regards

I really appreciate your concern, it may be inflammatory condition with infection, further investigation will be helpful with clinical examination till then NSAID can be tried like Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, bed rest is also advisable hope this information helps.
