What Causes Black Eyes And Bruise Between Eyes And Nose?

My 3 yr old daughter fell and hit her forehead Saturday evening in a grocery store floor and got a decent size knot on her forehead. She never lost consciousness and never showed signs of concussion, such as lethargy, pupil changes, vomiting..etc. Now today is Wednesday and I noticed she has two black eyes!! The inside between eyes and nose are bruised. Should I be concerned even if she is still acting fine?

I really appreciate your concern, such spreading ecchymosis surrounding the eye is very common in case of injury, if there is no other clinical symptoms then this is nothing to worry, the darkening may take some days to come around, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
