What Causes Black Out Followed By Pins And Needles In The Fingers?
Hi this morning I had a queer feeling-sensation in my head before blacking out a few seconds later,I came around approx 30 seconds later feeling sick and pins and needles in my fingers.I did not suffer any chest pains although I had a slight ache in my left upper arm.i am 54 years old.thanks Garry.

While this may just have been what's called a vasovagal reaction, it might signal either a transient ischemic attack--a threatened stroke--or a cardiac arrhytmia.
