General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

We have to rule out possible hematological conditions like bleeding disorders and anemia. Consult a physician and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.

Detailed investigations like peripheral smear and complete blood count are required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
