Blackouts might be due to 2 reasons. First, hypoglycemia can lead to black out episodes. Are you on insulin or other diabetes medications?
If yes, then please do take your meal after taking insulin or medication. If not, then get blood sugar levels. Drink sugar / glucose water whenever you get blackouts.
Second, it can be due to retinal problems. For that, consult ophthalmologist to do proper investigations.
