For the last few days, I have had a non-stop taste of black pepper in my mouth. This has happened a few times over the last 6 or 7 years and will last a week or so. Everything I read says acid reflux, but I don t feel like I have reflux (although I have been medicated for it in the past).
As per your complain you have problem of change a taste of your mouth that may be because of reflux problem. Gastroesophageal reflux disease may cause abdominal discomfort or burning sensation. If you feel there is other problems than endoscopy examination helpful for diagnosis further diagnosis.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Proper history and investigation give exact idea about problems. For reflux problem avoid citrus foods, spicy food, carbonated drinks, and more fatty food. Eat a small amount of meal and chew properly. Drink more water per day. Elevate your head during sleeping time.
