What Causes Black Pinprick On Palms And Fingertips?

I have tiny black pinpricks on my palms/fingertips. They don t itch and i do believe i have more. I believe they are under a layer of skin, because they cant be washed/scrubbed off. Could you help me figure out what they are and how to get rid of them?
