I have acquired a round flat extremely black spot on my face and have had it four about 5 years now. It is not a mole or a blackhead. It hasn t changed a lot in the last 5 years, but it is a little bit larger than it was at first and is more noticeable. Its about the size of one of those round sprinkles you put on ice cream. I am two months away from being 70 yrs. old and just a little concerned.
