What Causes Black Spot Under The Toe Nail?
My big toe on both feet have a black spot under the toe nail. The black spot is an irregular shape that covers about 25% of the toe nails and are slightly off centered. I also have numbness in both toes. I have not injured either of my toes that I can remember. It does not hurt when pressed and the toe nails look normal apart from the black spots.

May be there is some fungal infection....you didn't refer,whether it is bad smelling or not....
Take Gandhak Rasayan 1 TDs with sugar.
Khadira risht 20 ml with equal amount of water after meals.
Get check for blood sugar too,before starting the medicine.
