Hi...I m 23 yr old girl...my face is full of black spots...sometimes pimples also apper on my face..my face has become totally worse...I applied alcadin soap & cling gel..it works little bit...for how many days I sholud apply to get rid of it..m applying since last 2 months

Acne is due to : blockage of hair follicles in the face, over production of a oily waxy substance, inflammation of the skin and presence of a particular bacteria.

The best treatment involves most or all of the above. Treatment can include: (1) topical retinoids such as adapalene, tazarotene, tretinoin
(2)topical antibiotics

If these are not effective there are other alternatives.
You may want to consult a dermatologist for treatment
