Smear the affected part of penis with little turmeric powder mixed in warm clarified butter. Let it there overnight or full day. It will shed away when dried. It will heal, is antiinflammatory, is bacteriostatic, is painkiller.No side effects. May give oral Capsule Haridra ( also turmeric) 1 bd for one week.
