What Causes Black Spots At The Vaginal Opening?
I found dark , nearly black looking spots inside my vagina.. Right at the entrance. They are not raised , do not itch.. I have lots of freckles. I have McCune Albright Syndrome , which has pigmentation affected areas.. All over my body... I had first period at 6yr old... I laid in a tanning bed for several yrs in my twenties . Without panties . I m 52 now .. Hope this info helps..

I really appreciate your concern, the lesion may not be anything to take with the disease you have it can not be lesion it self too, just keep the conditio under observation for any changes, clinical examination is the option to rule out something related with the disease hope this information helps
