Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. The symptoms you are complaining of as appearance of black spots and burning sensation when you are passing urine with increased frequency when on copper IUD is indicative of infection, which needs an evaluation. You need to be clinically examined as well as investigated by means of an ultrasound scan of abdomen. Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for proper diagnosis and appropriate management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
