What Causes Black Spots On Penis Head And Shaft?

Last night I had a sexual encounter. I have very strong, healthy erections. The partner had a soft erection. Everything went fine until I notic some tiny like pepper dots on my shafts and head. Also, notice some tiny grains smaller tha sugar on my penis. Rubbing got painful, itchy, burn, my sensibility went almost to zero and I could not hold the erection anymore. I even took cialis and did not work. I got really suspicious because I tasted on of the almost microcospic dot, it tasted hot, spice. The white little grains, hurt like pieces of glass. I lacerated my penis skin. I don t want to blame any one, but this never happened to me. Also those things numbed my tongue and lips when I tasted them. Is there such thing doctor? A street drug? Hello,

You seem to have allergic or irritant rash on your penis. A few causes are genital psoriasis, sexually transmitted infections, balanitis either bacterial or fungal, eczema, allergic reaction to condoms, lichen sclerosis, friction, Peyronie's disease, and urinary tract infection.

Treatment depends upon the cause. You may be able to relieve some irritation at home using any of the following methods. Moisturizers or anti-itch creams. Look for creams made especially for the penis area. These are less likely to contain harsh ingredients. Salt baths. Taking a salt bath can help with itching and discomfort.

Cool compresses. An ice pack or another cool compress can relieve irritation. Wrap it in a cloth first before applying to your skin to avoid over-chilling the area. Abstaining from sex. Avoiding sexual intercourse and other activities that may aggravate the skin around your penis is a good idea until your symptoms improve. If your condition doesn't improve, you need to consult a physician for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
