What Causes Black Spots On Penis?

I would like to know about these black circles maybe like two or three on the penis skin not on the head to sign this again when I know what it might be and what can I do to remove it or trade it or anything and is it you know life threatening her is it a serious disease or what what can it be you know I would like to know please help

TThe most common causes for black spots or circles over the penis include -

Friction burns, Fungal infections, STD, Friction burns can happen due to wearing tight clothing that can rub over the penile skin. This skin while healing can become dry and cause pain and darkening over the penis.

Fungal infections and STDs can present similarly. There may be spots, itching over the groin area.

The next best step is to get an examination done. Along with the examination, blood tests, STD panel tests, can help. Lastly, the doctor would suggest antifungals or antibiotics to help with the black spots or rash.
