What Causes Black Stool And Severe Back Pain?
Two weeks ago I had a bad fall and fractured a rib right behind my left lung. I was given an X-rays in the emergency room and pain medications which I stopped 1 week ago. I was feeling better and breathing much better after one week. My problem is that I have had very black stools the past 3 days and more intense back pain.

- Abdominal bleeding
- IBD
- Gastritis
