What Causes Blackish Discoloration On The Scrotum?
I noticed in the last few months, my scrotum is changing color. I am black. It uniformly becoming pale. When I hold it tighter, I can see blood vessels quite clearly There is no pain, and no apparent issue with function (sex is still fine), but I am concerned. Also I sweat a lot especially during sex.

It could be eczema or hyperkeratosis.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
