hello I havehad rheumathoid arthritis for many years I am 82 for the last 10 years I have suffered from black small things coming on my skin they itch and seem to get under my skin in my head in the hair follicle and now on my shoulders and neck they take ages to heal I can scratch black dots out of my skin my email address is YYYY@YYYY I am taking methotrexate sulpherzalazine

you are having auto imune disorder. should have given treatment detail. these are pigmantary deposit. not related. it may be normal with your age. consult dermatologist for examination and advise on treatment.
