General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I had gone through yuur question very diligently and I can appreciate your concern
I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic routinely And I will definitely help you as well in best possible way

Looking at your history this could be due to
1. Infection like STI or cervicitis
2. Endometriosis

In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC ESR ,urine culture and sensitivity test and a vaginal swab for culture
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor

meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Have plenty of fluids
thanks for your question
Best wishes
