What Causes Bladder Pain And Frequent Urination?

i am a 31 year old female and am urinating at least 20 times a day, and bladder hurts sometimes, other than that feel pretty healthy. this has been going on for quite some time and having on and off bladder pain for years. Been to different doctors and they always say i am fine, really would like to get to the bottom of this, THANKS!!!!!!!!
