I want to know - - Your age. - Your symptoms for which you have undergone scopy. - Any other tests done.
Redness of bladder mucosa with mucous discharge is most likely due to inflammation which may be due infection or other causes.
If it is due to infection treatment with antibiotic (Nitrofurantoin) and after giving some time to recover inflammation will get subside which can be noticed by doing scopy after 2 months if inflammation persist at that time there may be need for biopsy to confirm cause.
Hope this helps you, if so do vote.
