I was physically exerting myself (working out) and my belly button began to bleed. I have always had a small hernia since childhood which my doctor had told me was not to serious, this time after the bleeding a doctor told me it's not too serious again but occasional bleeding keeps happenjng. Is the bleeding something coming out from inside of me or an abrasion or infection? Should I be worried because I really am.
