What Causes Bleeding After A Total Abdominal Hysterectomy?
On September 16, 2013 I had a total abdominal hysterectomy an it was the bikini line cut. So I had what d they called a lip on my right side and in the beginning it was closed with staples after surgery but it didn t appear to be closed just by looking at it. Since then it s better but on that right side when I get up sometimes it feels like something hot puffing up or kinda flowing in that area, should that be or it it normal on thanksgiving it was so hot when I got off the bed I thought my incision was bleeding so I put my hand there and it was very hot to the touch but there was no blood, drainage or anything , but on that day it really hurt is this normal
Based on the provided presentation this could be two things: normal blood flow increasing to the region with the help of micro-circulation being formed or some abnormality with the circulation.
I would advise you to visit youe doctor and get the region examined and may be even conduct a Doppler ultrasound examintion of the region to look into the circulation.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
