I pass blood after an erection.Drinking lots of water the blood goes sometimes in minutes sometimes after hours.It s happened a few times after sex with my wife.I ve had my prostate checked its normal.I ve had cytoscopy normal.I m 62 still play 5 a side soccer.

May you have a urinary tract infection. So try to consume plenty of water and and use alkaliser solution . With anti inflammatory .can solve your problem
