What Causes Bleeding After Partial Hysterectomy?
Had a partial hysterectomy only my uterus was removed. I had my post op appointment and doctor gave the ook to resume ALL activity. The time I has sex I started bleeding enough that it soaked the sheets and stained the mattress. It slowed immediately and by the next day was pinkish in color. Why did this happen and should I be concerned?

Hi.
The first few times you may experience some amount of bleeding as the insides are just getting used to the contraction and relaxation of muscles that takes place so rapidly during penetrative sexual intercourse. Give it some time ans you should be fine, nothing to worry about.
