What Causes Heavy Period Post Partial Hysterectomy?

I had a partial hysterectomy over a year ago, they left cervix and 1 ovary. I started bleeding heavily today first time in a year. I started HCG injections to help with weight loss two weeks ago could the two be associated? If not what are some causes ?

this 9is humanchorionic gonadotrophin it is given to induce pregnancy. it can develop tubal pregnancy. should be give under close supervision of doctor and nurse.two could be associated. soconsult doctor.
