General & Family Physician 's  Response
Pain, itch, irritation, redness in genitals, white discharge or bloody discharge during or after sexual intercourse is suggestive of some kind of infection and this may be associated with injury to inner genitalia.
Infection may be of bacterial pr fungal origin so a combination of antibacterial and antifungal antibiotic approach is suggested, you can use orally and pessary for local and systemic action.Treatment is suggested for both partners and abstinence from sexual intercourse till complete recovery is recommended.
Thanks and regards
