What Causes Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps During 4 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 4 weeks pregnant. Went to the ER with bleeding and cramping. The ER doctor told me there is no way to know if I miscarried and to follow up with my OBGYN. I was reading the ultrasound report and it said that I have a 19mm hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary. Could this be causing the bleeding and cramping? I have an appointment to see my OBGYN next week, I m just going crazy not knowing.

Hemorrhagic cyst is probably the cause of your symptoms & you need to seek gynaecologist's advice immediately
