Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bleeding and drainage from the lower gum which seems to be due to continuous deposition of food particles and improper cleanliness. It could be due to bacteria, food particles in subgingival area as it is difficult to clean this area.
I would suggest you to be very vigilant about your oral hygiene. You should brush with super soft tooth brush bristles. You should use gentle strokes while brushing. Visit periodontist once and get complete examination done. You can go for scaling and root canal cleaning of that particular quadrant.
- Do rinses with antiseptic mouthwash.
- Avoid junk food.
- Do warm saline gargles.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get well soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
