What Causes Bleeding And Red Bumps On Tongue?

While I was brushing my teeth, I did my first rinse and I notice I was bleeding. I did it a second time and it was a little more blood then the first one. I saw it was my tounge bleeding and I also stated to notice little red bumbs on my tounge. They stick upward on my tounge. What is it?
