What Causes Bleeding Around The Area Of Abscess Removal Between Buttocks?

I had a abscess between my butt and went i had surgery to get it removed they let it heal by its self. Now three years later I have problems with it constantly bleeding when it gets damp around the area. I want to know if their is anything I could do to help it.

probing should be done. may be now surgery is required to completly remove the sack. Proper dressing should be done by stuffing sterile gauge so that healthy tissue grows from within.
