Hi, thanks for your question.

Answer:It is normal for up to 30 percent females to have bleeding in between menstrual cycles. This usually takes place in the form of spotting rather than frank bleeding as such. However, if the pattern of bleeding is irregular or the amount is more than expected, then I would recommend that you go to your doctor who can have a look. As you have also mentioned that you were positive for HPV two years ago, it is very important that you see your doctor who will perform a pap smear and advise you on further management. Please do not be scared, as there are many types of HPV and not every type causes cancer. The best approach for you would be to get tested for this problem more often. Many HPV infections resolve without any treatment but that does not mean that one should turn a blind eye to this issue.

And regarding the headache, would you be able to provide a bit more history, like the pattern of pain, site, severity, any aggravating or relieving factors, any associated symptoms such as nausea or blurred vision etc.
Hope this helps.
