What Causes Bleeding During 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello . I am 8.2 wks pregnant . Two days ago I had bright read bleeding , I took dycenone injection of 2ml twice and bleeding has stopped . I was taking tranicsamic acid while spotting . Had scan and baby was fine with heart beat of 177bpp. Today I started bleeding again , no pain , just bright red blood . Gave myself dycenone injection 2ml twice a day and took tranicsamic acid 1pill 3 time a day. It is ivf pregnancy , and I am in 1300 ml of progesterone a day , plus 6ml of estrogen a day till 12wks. Tomorrow I am going again for U/S. Doctor doesn t know where bleeding coming from and what is the cause . Any suggestions ? Thank you .

Hello,

Bleeding could be related to your colon (the outer part of the uterus). I would recommend performing a colposcopy. Coagulation tests should be checked too.
