Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Most likely, what you have is a condition called Hemorrhoids or Piles. In this case, you'll have dilated veins near the anus which is the source of bleeding. This would most likely be the case if you can feel something projecting out of your anus.
However, it could also be an
anal fissure, which occurs when there is trauma/damage. This usually occurs due to
constipation, straining when going to the bathroom and sitting on the toilet for long periods of time. Raised pressure in your body due to coughing/
sneezing also causes pain and bleeding, so it could explain your symptoms.
You should go and get yourself checked at your nearest hospital. Most likely, they will advise some laxatives and surgery operative management of your fissure/haemorroids. Also, depending upon how much blood you have lost, you should check your blood
hemoglobin to see if you have
anemia.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
