General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.
I understand your concern.
I think that your symptoms are related to hemorrhoids. Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream
-use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
-Eat a healthy diet with fibers.
Due to the fact that your wife is pregnant for every treatment you should consult your gynecologist.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
