What Causes Bleeding During Bowel Movement?

Hello, Yesterday I saw blood coming along with the stool. I have problem with my potty that I don t pass it everyday. I had this issue once before 1yr approximately. She gave medicines for easy potty. Later there is no such blood. My body s a heat body in general. Please advise. This time also I have passed my potty with difficulty.
