What Causes Bleeding During Fourth Week Of Pregnancy?
found out i was pregnant in 2nd week of April, started bleeding in the third week and my dr said threatened miscarriage but my cervix was closed, my hcg eventually dropped so the Dr said its definitely a m/c at about 4.5 weeks. for about two weeks now, i have been feeling sick but not quite sick since after the assumed miscarriage, what could be going on?

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion the spotting along with falling HCG level point towards miscarriage but the definitive diagnosis can be made by ultrasound only.So i suggest you to get an ultrasound done.The miscarriage is of different types like missed,threatened,incomplete,complete and spontaneous.In cases of threatened miscarriage spotting occurs but pregnancy continues till term.So the ultrasound helps in diagnosing the condition.Also check for HB to rule out anaemia.
