What Causes Bleeding During Non Penetrative Sex?

Hello Dr Rynne... how are you...? I am in a situation which is becoming very tensed for me. Yesterday I slept with a guy and he was trying to make love with me.But we both didnt want to have sex so were just rubbing ourselves against one another and he was also trying to seduce me by rubbing his penis against my vagina and clitoris. While doing so I found it started bleeding, I think its my Hymen which broke since it was for the very first time I was doing this. Now I am worried whether I should fear of getting pregnant or not. As soon as it started bleeding we stopped for a while and after some time we once again did that rubbing and he ejaculated but not in my vagina but over my body. He was rubbing my clit and he thinks that I too was ejaculating and it got somewhat wet. Now we both are afraid of me getting pregnant and now what to do or what medication to take ? Could you please help us out here ?

Hi,

Noted a detailed history of a virgin having sex play with a male, had bleeding, the mmale ejaculated outside vagina but now worried about getting pregnant.
Non-penetrative sex can not cause pregnancy and particularly when you had interaction in safe period means when there was no ovulation.
So stop worrying.
Watch for next period, if delayed get the urinary or blood pregnancy tests and thence get confirmation. If at all pregnancy is positive then you can surely get the consultation of your Gynecologist for prescription based medications.
As for the bleeding, it seems to be due to rupture of hymen.
