What Causes Bleeding Every Time After Sex ?

I am 18 and female I have one son and I. On birth control I have the implanon once after unprotected sex I. Bled. For a whole. Week after sex so then I. Started using condoms and afterwards I didn't bleed so yesterday I had. Unproteced sex and I'm bleeding the blood is a brownish color and when I wipe it is brown and then it turns bright red I have already went to the doctor n she tested me for stds and I'm clean and she told me I had nothing to worry about bt I wanna know what's wrong why is bleeding after sex happening
